Have any of you guys who applied for 765/131 (and didn't expedite) had any movement so far?

I filed my 4th time one (i.e. the third renewal application) on June 14, 2021; I filed my I-485 at the end of 2017. Just 2 days ago the I-765 was approved. When I receive the EAD I'll check if it's a combo card and if the validity is for 2 years. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/policy-manual-updates/20210609-EmploymentAuthorization.pdf

Hey guys, got a question.. our interview was yesterday Feb 3 but we weren’t approved on the spot. Everything went well though, IO didn’t ask a lot of questions either. But I keep checking the status online and it is still on “Interview Was Scheduled” is this normal? Or has anybody had any experience like this? I’m getting a little worried that this might not be a good sign 😓 All he said before leaving is that he will review everything and scan more documents. Then gave us the paper saying it’s under review. Any response will help thank you!

I’m no help as we haven’t had our interview scheduled yet and so we’re still waiting. But, I hope your review turns into good news soon. Good luck!

I hope you will hear back soon with the good news. Based on people’s shared experiences on reddit, this is normal. I don’t have an experience as I am still waiting for my interview but I was always reading people’s experiences to prepare myself. Good luck and best wishes.

no update on the 131 though so far.

Do you have an online account at myaccount.uscis.gov ? If so, click on the "Documents" tab for Form I-765. For example, if it's not a combo card then it'll say: "I-765 C09 Standalone Approval"

Oops didn't catch the receipt number in the screenshot, it was too early and I wasn't quite awake yet. Thanks @Ontarkie

Damn... well that's annoying then. I saw the exact same approval notice in the online account and had a hunch it might not be a combo card because of the wording 😕 Thank you for sharing @HRQX

Received my EAD in the mail today - almost exactly 7 months after filing. Still no news on my AP... as a surprise though I also had my SSN in the mail today. For any of you who have received both so far - does your EAD also only show your middle initial and does your SSN card only show your First Name Last Name (no middle)?

Been googling trying to figure out if this needs changing, but it's not entirely clear. Some say it's fine, others say get it changed. Also tried to make an SSA online account with my SSN, but they can't verify my information 😐😂
