I guess something happened at the interview today cause site was updated saying refused snd i still have not heard from her, so as of 1pm philippine time i told her to contact me or go back home.  I can not have someone in my life that does not want to communicated on such a important thing we have fought so hard for,  after a K1 and now this one i think i am done with immigration.

IT IS SAD SOME GET APPROVED OTHERS DO NOT OR HAVE TO WAIT YRS. when this government just lets these buttheads walk across the borders and give them everything they want while the rest of us try and do it the legal way costing thousands of dollars to go threw this process and they are apparently turned down, for who knows what reason which is now my case since someone does not want to communicate with me. Thank you all for the help i will be leaving the site real soon, no sense in me staying if not continuing on with this and my marriage.   Bye all

What time was the interview?  They cannot bring phones into the embassy and if she was the only one attending the interview and didnt have someone waiting outside for her, she wouldnt be able to bring her phone at all until she got back to the hotel.  Also, there could be other delays as well.  I would give it more time.  Its Friday, rush hour morning.  Traffic is always worse on Fridays.

The United States is now a country obsessed with the worship of its own ignorance.  Americans are proud of not knowing things.  They have reached a point where ignorance, is an actual virtue.  To reject the advice of experts is to assert autonomy, a way for Americans to insulate their increasingly fragile egos from ever being told they're wrong about anything.  It is a new Declaration of Independence: no longer do we hold these truths to be self-evident, we hold all truths to be self-evident, even the ones that arent true.  All things are knowable and every opinion on any subject is as good as any other.  The fundamental knowledge of the average American is now so low that it has crashed through the floor of "uninformed", passed "misinformed", on the way down, and now plummeting to "aggressively wrong."

I have been in your shoes, I know what you are feeling.   My wife was very embarrassed and ashamed to call me.

YMMV

I am hurt cause i know the interview is over by now and only couple blocks away from room, she has always communicated with me over everything, never asked for anything in 6 yrs now. I have kept bills payed and food every month even started construction on house to help build it. I am so hurt over this, she broke my trust last month by taking immigration money to get something with out asking me for it

Maybe they are processing the visa now. The Embassy knows you have no time left and maybe they have told her to wait. As @Adventine says “refused” doesn’t mean refused.  There are plenty of threads on that here.  Despite the stress, I say give it a little more time.  Things work slowly there anyway.

Maybe there is an explanation.  Don't give up hope yet.  We are all hoping for the best for you.

When my wife was interviewed, her status changed to refused because they needed a divorce certificate.  She spent the rest of the day getting the document and sending it to the consulate.

Exactly.  There can be a ton of reasons and with only 14 days left before the visa expires, maybe she is caught up in something and the embassy is working with her.
