I just got an update on my online profile that they've will be setting up an interview. I filed for my spouse who lives overseas so the interview is just for me. This should be at the seattle USCIS office as that's where im living. Does anyone know the processing time for interviews like these. I can't find any time frame for this type of interview on their online processing time page.

This is highly unusual.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

This is highly unusual. Are there any red flags on your petition such as spouse age difference is more than 10 years or under 18 at the time of marriage?

This happens rarely.  Usually, there are questions about YOUR past immigration matters, so be prepared.  That these interviews are rare is why there is no timeline for them.  It will depend on the backlog at the local office in Tukwila.
