when will i get approval letter from uscis

I filled an I130 for my wife and she is in india. 

its been 16 month now i didnt hear any thing from uscis.

I got Noa1 on 11th march 2020 when will i get an approval letter.

how long do we have to wait to get a spouce visa.

how will i know that my case is still under process.

Which service center?

 

Have you looked up the stated processing times on the USCIS website?

It varies. Mine completed in 4 months. My friend's completed in 9 months.

but online it says its gona take 22 to 29 month for processing .

does it mean that its gonna take 29 month to get approved or the whole process.

The USCIS is reporting how long it takes for there process only, the consulate process is outside there control and they have no information to report.
