Passport renewal Civil status

Filling up my passport application and im uncertain what to put for civil status as i am in a same-gendered marriage to a non filipino. Do i go ahead and put in Single?

If your foreign marriage was legal where it was solemnized, you are considered married.  Same-sex marriage is not explicitly considered void by Article 26 of the Family Code of the Philippines.
