Hey,

I am getting together all my stuff for the I-751 , I think I know everything I need to include from what it says on the website and what I've read in other posts but I would love some pointers on important things to have in the packet.. or even what you submitted and got approved with.

I am including my lease, is it okay to just submit the first page with the details and the last page with all the signatures ? The lease is 69 pages long so it seems like a lot of extras to include?

Thanks in advance!

You can only submit what you have, things like lease, insurance, joint bank accounts, wills etc.  Here is an example.

Good Luck!

My lease was about the same. I only submitted the portion that actually talked about the rental and the signature page.

@KelsJosh That is up to you. However, depending upon who handles your file, the officer may or may not consider that a complete document. Sure, you are going to get anecdotal evidence from people who submitted the first and last page and left out the other 67 pages and got approved without issues. Just know that is not a guarantee that your officer will be OK with that.

I would read the instructions and decide based on that. I would definitely make sure to include evidence since the date of the marriage. Not doing so may cause an RFE
