We're in the US on an ESTA and just got accepted to study here starting August. So we're looking to travel somewhere the consulates are processing TCNs...

(We're from the UK but don't want to go back there if at all possible as we'd then have to quarantine in some third country for two weeks before re-entering the States.)

So, student visas to study in the US? Reach out to the international students office from your school for guidance then.

Most countries still have quarantine requirements. Most diplomatic missions won't interview non resident/non citizens.  UK might be the only way, however reach out to your school for guidance...

From what I've seen it heavily depends on the specific visa type.

Some are opening to TCNs, but only NIE. It's a slow process to look through and I've been looking for resources to be able to easily find all of the embassies and consulates that are processing TCN's, but so far have only found going through for each and every embassy and consulate page individually.

Hi @WhatLoveBuys

Did you have any luck with this? I am considering applying at another embassy (J1 visa) as London have no appointments until March. My J1 program starts in October. Did you find any embassies processing 3rd country nationals?

Thanks,

David
