Wow I’m glad we have the same year.. please when do you think we will get interview date. It was supposed to be next year but now due to COVID when do you think our priority date will be current

The way the covid situation is going, I can't say for sure but I'm hoping things improve in the various countired or at least they put something in place to allow the embassies to process visas so that we both become current in 2022

lol, sorry I forgot to mention that we submitted before that also on July 1, so yeah it felt like 3 month 😅

Sorry so you submitted on July 1st so your timeline falls within the timeframe NVC site provides. (As of the beginning of week of Sep. 7th NVC is reviewing cases submitted on June 29th)

I thought your previous post (that you said your July 14th case is being reviewed on Sep. 11th) gave us some hope about them reviewing case in advance... sigh

It doesn't matter when the previous submission occurred, it the last submission date that they work on. Each time you click submit that becomes your new submission date and you go to the back of the queue.

So this would be a 14th July submission that was reviewed, the dates posted on the NVC site are cautious.

Yes. Consider my 8th July submission was reviewed on 4th Sep, they are reviewing cases later then the reported stats but there are cases as far back as the reported numbers (29th June etc) being reviewed. So take it as a guide.

This weeks update moves 5 days to 8th July, - bear in mind that my original submission date was 8th July and it was reviewed over two weeks ago on 3rd Sep, so I think they are probably processing some cases ahead of this.

Positive news hearing your documents have been reviewed ahead of the timeframe the NVC provide. I had to resubmit documents on the 21st July so hopefully it's not too long.

You will soon hear from them.

Resubmitted for Dad on 28th July and he was DQ’d this morning.

Now waiting for IL for both Dad and Mom, we hope they will have same interview date.

Mom was DQ’d in May.

Finally a good news. I got DQd today for both my parents. My mom's files were submitted on 7/14. Fathers 7/19 to NVC. Both were approved today 9/23. My expedite request submitted on 7/28 - still waiting for decision. I got under review email on 9/20.
