There's hope for me yet. Uploaded the additional document on July 20th... I hope they accept it and I don't have to re-submit anything

Current case review time: As of 30-AUG-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 23-JUN-2021.

This week's updated timeframe is again cautious but still positive progress.

Yup days movement... at least it's moving a little more now. Not as much as I'd have liked but glad that it's more than it was for the past few weeks

Found a great little site that plots the time frame out using an automated script so you can see what the timeframes were historically and how it's changing.

This is brilliant!

It also has information on estimated backlogs in visa processing at every embassy.

Thank you for sharing this.

They are reviewing now from June 29... How did they review yours already? That's Wierd.

I think the posted timeline is cautious, they may still be dealing with documents from 29th June, but are also working on early July. We must have been lucky.

Does anyone here know if submitting the NVC docs more than six months (but less than a year) from case creation date is acceptable? The NVC case creation email says that the case remains active for one year period from last communication/login. Has anyone else submitted more than six months after case creation? Thanks!

probably be best if you started a new post in the Processes and Procedures forum (the one for spousal visa is linked below) and asked this question
