My wife had her appointment on June 28 and was approved and when I check her status on their website it shows as READY does any one know the timeframe of when they will ship out her package via DHL

I assume you just checked the status?  I was thinking if it was earlier it might still be in last minute wrap up of AP.  

I just checked the timelines here on VJ as an estimate and this is what I found:  (this is for Mexico by the way.  Sorted by interview date)

Click immigration timelines at the top.  Then click K1 visa timelines.  It shows a random assortment of K1 visas.  Change the country to Mexico and then "filter"  Once you filter, click on "enable advanced mode" in the upper right corner (it should be above the "visa interview" column) and you will see everything I sent.  My screenshot was actually on the 2nd page.  Again, this is all VJ people.
