Hi,

Thanks to everyone who shared their experiences and tips on how to go about this K1 processing. I would also like to share ours, this is our progress report so far:

February 25, 2007 - Sent I-129F to USCIS - California

March 5, 2007 - Received acknowledgement letter from USCIS (NOA1)

May 23, 2007 - Received approval letter from USCIS (NOA2), forwarded the papers to NVC

June 15, 2007 - Received letter from NVC telling us papers sent to Manila Embassy

June 20, 2007 - Papers received by the embassy

As of today July 6, 2007, no packet was received and no appointment either is posted on their site. I noticed that other beneficiaries from other countries, have already their medical and interview dates. I hope and pray that ours here in the Philippines will be given this month.

Good Luck to everyone.

Let your fiance call the Department of State 202-663-1225 press 1, press 0, press 0 - be ready with case number , to get your interview date and medical exam date, they are far ahead with dates contrary to the US Manila Embassy's website. Our friend who filed their petition second week of March already has the interview date on Spetember 12. We also filed ours March 23 and has been in the US Embassy Manila since July 10 so we are planning to call DOS by next week. Hope this helps.

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.
