hello im from montenegro  , im refused under 221g f4 immigration visa , consulator at interview told us to upload new I864 form and tax return transcript 2020 also told us to get police certificate from Albanian  country wich i was studing befor , so today our lawyer uploaded to CEAC  the form i864 and tax transcript 2020 , but consulator told us the police certificate from Albania country to  bring with passport to post office wich im registred at (ais usvisa . com ) my question is , when should i bring passport and police certificate ? after  CEAC reviewing our additional Documnets which will take around 30 days or should i bring (passport and police certificate)   tomorrow with DHL to post office at belgrade ?
