Quickest 2021 i-129f approval experiences?

I read the current 2021 "5.5 months to 8 months" average processing times for i-129f means  50% of cases will be adjudicated within 5.5 months and 93% of cases will be adjudicated within 8.5 months. I'm assuming some of the 50% of cases adjudicated within 5.5 months will be adjudicated sooner than 5.5 months. Has anyone who submitted their i-129f petition in 2021 had it approved in three or four months?

I received i-129f NOA1 April 2, 2021. My fiance and I understand and accept our i-129f could take almost a year to be approved. But that still doesn't keep me from being curious if there's a small possibility it could be approved in three or four months.

 I haven’t seen I-129f petitions being approved in <6 months since 2019.

I was checking the average processing time range on the USCIS website before submitting our i-129f. The average processing time range on the USCIS website decreased from 6.5-9 months to 5.5-8 months. since I submitted our i-129f. I'm assuming the faster processing times are due to COVID restrictions being eased and USCIS employees working extra time to decrease the backlog of petitions.

I know processing times decreased on their website but only a minuscule amount of petitions get approved faster than 6 months. Your estimate of 50% of petitions being approved within 5.5 months is way too generous and optimistic, even with COVID situation improving in the US. I would always count on the higher processing time (8 months) to keep expectations low and not get disappointed/frustrated.

I have seen someone who was approved after 4 months during Covid times ...me I think each case is different try as much as possible to make your 129f petition not too complicated ,make it easy and with everything they need and the evidence to avoid RFEs and not make the work of someone working on your case easier

True the states have eased restrictions

but listen to the news

the number of cases has started to increase again (in 46 states) as many have not been vaccinated so expect restrictions to be in place again

and offices are still understaffed and employees overworked

USCIS is among the ones who suffered losses of employees from covid illness and just plain some looked for other work

and now they are taking summer vacations

embassies can't even get the dv lottery interviews done by end of September like the lottery rules say

EAD and other cards have been extended as renewals for them are piled up in the system

the fees  for visas have been extended as interviews are backed

and don't expect immigration to allow overtime when the fee increase (they said they needed) got knocked down

There are always outliers- those that get approved in <6 months, and those that take >12.  On average, it is going to take most people 8 months to hear back from USCIS.

Getting the 129F approved is not the hardest or most time consuming part of the K1 process anymore.

Finally done...

I sent my I-129F documents to TX in November 2020.  I received no confirmation even though I filled out the documents for one.  In February I received a receipt document stating that my documents had been received in November 2020.  It said they had received my form and are currently processing the case. It listed an office address of the California USCIS office.  In early July, the 7.5 months had elapsed and I was able to submit an "outside normal processing time" service request online.

I received an automated response saying that they would respond to me by July 28.  I tried calling the phone number that was listed on the receipt but it was impossible to talk to a human.  I tried to get information from an online USCIS chat.  I waited 30+ minutes for my turn to chat.  The person could not give me any information except to say that they usually respond to the "outside normal processing time" before the actual date.

I am concerned that they are changing the definition of "received date", from the date at which that received it, to the date it was transferred to the California office which was in February.   Since they can't do things at the time they are supposed to do them, they may just change the definition.  But then, I am pessimistic of government processes.
