Or tomorrow you tell them exactly what you think occurred at the dmv and you never understood that you were placed on the voting rolls. Since you never voted they would have to believe you. 

Hello Sartre, I got an RFE and have submitted a letter from the elections office and a sworn state. Awaiting a decision 🤞
