Uploading Chats and Messages to CEAC

Does anyone know how to upload chat and messages to CEAC because they say file is suppose to be under 2MB and one of my files is 18 MB and thats only chats for 6 months when i try to compress it that doesnt bring it down very much

you do not have to include all the chats and the entire message for any day

Back when i had to do by mail (not online), i sent a few lines for a few days in a month from beginning of meeting to date of petition

this shows you stay in touch thruout the period

and impossible for the USC to send these to immigrant or take by plane for the interview as they weigh a ton

so, immigrant should do the same to take to interview / a few lines over the period of time to show you talk regular
