hi guys,

my work permit going to expire next month and i am filling a new i-765 and i have some questions.

1-first question on i-765 says . i am applying for :

permission to accept employment.

replacement (of lost employment authorization document)

renwal of my permission to accept employment (attach previous emplyment authrization document)

so as i said i already have my work permit but going to expire next month so in which of them should to mark ??? this is 1.

now do i need to file i-821 with it or just i-765 ???

and on i-765 form #14 it says there . Manner of last entry (Visitor,student, ect.)

and on #15 says Current Immigration status (Visitor,student, ect.)

now i am already in USA on K-3 Visa should i write K-3 Visa?? on both of them i mean #14 & 15 ??

I can only answer the first one... as you have an existing employment permit you are 'applying for a renewal of existing permission'.

Have you filed for adjustment of status? If not, it's in your interested to file as quickly as possible because of the large fee increase at the end of this month. Once you've adjusted, you'll have your green card and won't need to bother with renewing your work authorisation any more (well, except for this case).

If you *have* sent in your AOS application, then for the question about status you put "Adjustment pending" and for manner of last entry you put "spouse K3"

If you have NOT yet sent your AOS application, you'd better get on it! If your EAD is about to expire, I imagine your K3 is as well innit?

Depends - what was the basis for your current EA - (a)(9) or (c )(9)? And what is the basis for the I-765 you are preparing to submit?

Why would you be submitting an I-821?

I can only answer the first one... as you have an existing employment permit you are 'applying for a renewal of existing permission'.
