Do you have to re-supply info/evidence already provided on the i485?

For example, if you had to provide an arrest record for an event that occurred prior to the i485, do you have to do that all over again even though they have the whole thing on file?

This is a new form application and you must provide whatever the instructions tell you to. It doesn't matter if you have already provided it many times before.
