Hello SusieQQQ
I  really apologize for bothering you with my often questions.
I would like to know one thing. During my stay in New York in 2017 , I received 5 traffic tickets from state police for identification they asked my passport  i gave them my passport but they did not arrest me just gave me 5 tickets and towed my car to my address.., two of them which were dismissed by a court decision, and I paid full amount of other 3 fines.

Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime even though subject of a pardon, amnesty,or other similar action ?

is traffic violations considering offense?

Five tickets in one State in a few months of visitor stay period should be considered an offense imho. That's just my opinion.

I have the same question regarding unlocking. I want to make change in DS260. I made a mistake in the year of marriage and want to change it. Though, in the DS260 of my spouse it's correct. shall I request unlock or not? will it make any problem?

Hello SusieQQQ

today i got email from KCC about changing interview location . 2 month ago  after update my present address on DS260 , i sent email to KCC subject was requesting change interview location in the body of email i wrote i ki dly ask change my interview location from Montreal to my homecountry but they send me this

Thank you for your inquiry.

Once the DS-260 for the Principal Applicant has been submitted, the Interview Location can only be updated by the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC). Please send your request to KCCDV@state.gov. You will need to include information that explains why you need the interview location changed. Unless they are in the U.S. and adjusting status, all applicants on the case will be scheduled for interview with the Principal Applicant. You should contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate directly to arrange separate interviews, if needed. If you need to change your interview location because your residency has changed, you will need to include the new address in your email along with your case number, Principal Applicant’s name, and complete date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY). You will also need to request that KCC unlock your DS-260, so that you can update your application with your new address. (Please note that Post Office Boxes and mailing addresses in care of another person do not justify a change of interview location.) If your interview has already been scheduled, you must contact the embassy at which you have been scheduled to determine if your case can be transferred to a different location.

how should be body of text?  probably i did not write enough good.it is almost 2 month they respond  me

thanks in advance.

Well, did you explain why you wanted it changed as per the bolder part of their request?
