Texas federal judge Andrew Hanen has finally issued his ruling on DACA. Says DACA is illegal and all new applications must be rejected.

Technically, he didn't say they "must be rejected." Odds are USCIS will hold those specific I-821D applications while the appeals process plays out: https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/21011018/daca-ruling.pdf Page 4

Maybe this will help USCIS concentrate on processing more family visas and shortening the outrageous wait times for legal immigrants who have played by the rules and paid their fees. Lines for family visas like F2B have hardly moved at all under Biden, unlike the previous administration where wait times were moving 2 mos at a time. If Biden is really serious about making the immigration process easier, why cant he issue an executive order or two to speed up processing of legal immigrants? All their focus seems to be on helping illegal immigrants only. Why?

Yes, his is new he was too young to apply last time around.

 

Correct they are still approving current DACA's but I heard there is a long wait, I have a few guys who work for me that are DACA and all brothers, and one is going thru renewal and one is first time applicant.
