Time to return for passport after Embassy Interview?

Hi Guys

 

Like many others we have finally received our interview date this month!

 

I was looking at booking my flight now as they are incredibly expensive nearer the time in August, due to summer holiday's etc.

 

Does anyone who has had their interview have a rough time it took for their passport to be returned to them after the interview? Any notable exceptions?

I can’t say for after interview as mine was delayed for administrative processing but once CEAC status had changed from “administrative processing” to “issued” my passport with visa in it was in my hand the very next day!

Similar ... Over a month with a 221g but it went from rejected to ready to pending to issued all from a Monday to Tuesday morning and it arrived on Friday
