You don't send any documents ,you carry with you, your original birth certificate, evidence you guys met each other at least  once within last two years,I134 form from petitioner, lots of evidence like pics, plane tkts ,tex returns and w2 forms for at least last three years.

OP is likely several years away from an interview date.

Thank you for the correction. so what documents to I initially send along with my petition? I hope I get a hang of things soon.

Send the petition along with other documentation of in person meeting within the last couple of years (photos, hotel stays, airline tickets, receipts for outings). The financial stuff doesn't come until later.

You’re not applying for a K-1 visa, you’re submitting your K-1 petition to USCIS. Big difference. You have a very long way to go until you get to the embassy stage.

As you know that in case of CR-1/IR-1, people file I-130 petition with USCIS and once approved then USCIS will send the approved petition to NVC and then NVC will request you bunch of documents like everything about beneficiary and affidavit of support (I-864) along with all its supporting documents....fees...filing visa application and etc....and once everything is submitted and paid then NVC will set up an appointment for the interview at US embassy and then send the whole file to US embassy where visa interview will be conducted...So, my question is- the same procedure for K-visa? Do one needs to deal with NVC for K-1 as well like for affidavit of support (I-134), visa application...fees...etc???? Or I-134 doesn’t need to submit to NVC, rather its taken to visa interview by beneficiary?? Please explain. Thanks

Yep that’s correct, you bring everything you need to bring to the interview. There’s almost no interaction with NVC for K1s, they just hold onto the case until consulate requests your case.
