Were you just emailed by the embassy ?  Or were you able to schedule some other way ?  Or an expedite request. Looking at you timeline, we had our 2020 interview scheduled for the same day as you so we are crossing our fingers that we are soon.    Sorry for the million questions and greatly appreciate any info you’re willing to offer.

Call them and tell them you wanted it "Escalated to Post" That what another member did and told me to do. Take about 3 weeks from the time they escalate to receive an appointment letter. If they give you any lip just keep telling them that your appointment was cancelled March 2020 and you want it Escalated to Post. Make sure you have your case number and fiance passport number when you call. Best to call like 2 minutes before the call center opens. You can anytime, but after a few minutes on hold they cut you off and you have to call again.

Great news.  If you havent already done so, I would reschedule your medical and go through your documents again making sure they are all valid, for example the NBI, etc.  This will help avoid any 221g's at the interview.
