UID - it's the number at the upper right of the screen when you log in to cgifederal. right next to "Logged in as email@address.com"

i'd just put in N/A for UID then, and probably make a note why you dont have one. it's just a template response from their helpdesk anyway. case id is the NVC case number provided to you.

Did you setup delivery for the passport/visa? If not you MUST do this ASAP. This should be in the original appointment email

"

  • Register your delivery address online at http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-iv-documentdelivery.asp before your visa interview. Failure to register a delivery address prior to your appointment date will result in delayed delivery of your passport and visa. Please also bring your delivery address registration page confirmation page at time of your visa interview. "

From the link I posted, at the bottom you should see this:

Address.PNG.4b52689c59c6fc81eb7dabb4b074d717.PNG

After you click it, you can log in with existing account if you created one or click new user:

Once you are logged in you will see your ID

After digging a little:

Step 2
Send an email to travel-coordinator@ustraveldocs.com with your UID number in the subject line. This will grant you access to schedule applicants as a travel coordinator. Your UID number can be found on the right-hand side of the screen next to your user name. You do not need to put any text in the body of this email.

Below is a screenshot showing where to find your UID after logging into your profile:

UID Location
