Medical wasn't ready for interview

Hi all

 

I had my interview in Frankfurt last week and got approved, however they said my medical results aren't there yet, even though I had the medical 14 days prior the interview date. 

Has that happened to anyone else who had their interview in Frankfurt?

I'm worried that the medical results have been lost in the mail.

 

Is there any other way to contact/check with the embassy beside the visainquiry-email? It took around 20 days to get a reply last time I sent them a question, and I would just hate to lose time while I could get the doctor to send out a copy of the medical results... 

I already tried to call the embassy and they mentioned as well, that the results should have been there by now, but only referred to the visainquiry email address.

Nope, still haven’t heard anything

Still no update. My CEAC status still says refused and I’m not getting any replies to my email.
My medical is with the consulate since almost 20 days. (Doctor confirmed me it has been sent) - what should I do?
I’m worried about the long wait l, since my medical is only valid for a few months, right?  

maybe someone can give me some good advice  to stay patient during this process
