A friend of mine (USC) just got married to a man who was born and raised in Jordan but is currently living in UAE. They got married in UAE. Which consulate should she ask the USCIS to forward the approved I-129F to? Jordan or UAE?

Which consulate deos he want to be interviewed at? He can have the interview in the UAE without having to travel home if it is easier.

24 March 2009 I-751 received by USCIS

27 March 2009 Check Cashed

30 March 2009 NOA received

8 April 2009 Biometric notice arrived by mail

24 April 2009 Biometrics scheduled

26 April 2009 Touched

...once again waiting

1 September 2009 (just over 5 months) Approved and card production ordered.

I'm pretty sure he wants to have it at UAE. I told her he probably would have to because that's where they were married, but I wasn't sure of that one.
