would just like to ask of peoples experience submitting evidence to prove bona fide marriage from requirements of I-130 part 7 notes section. along with marriage certificate there are 6 options 1 of which needs to be submitted as proof of a bona fide marriage. number 6 stating other relevant documentation to establish there is an ongoing marital union, i would like to ask peoples advice on evidence to submit, as we have only been married 2 weeks and living together for the same amount of time, and the only evidence we have come up with is my phone bill from UK which is mailed out to my New York address now, my gym membership which i attend with my husband and is a one year subscription, and a printout from my hsbc online banking showing statement mailed to New York address. I cant open a bank account or join to my husbands here in USA they need picture I.D. with america address, i cant get a non-driver id to prove i live with my husband to open a bank account because they need immigration confirmation for a stay for at least one year in the country...... Running out of ideas......any responses appreciated. We are running short of time to submit but want to make sure we dont get a return for more evidence.

Thankyou :D

That is all there is as far as I know. It says: Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage on that page i linked to, with examples given.

You could try a search. This site is mostly for fiance/spouse immigration, not adjusting from VWP.

Oh I did not know that... you mean I have been here for 2 years and its the wrong site....

To the OP We sent a copy of our marriage certificate, some photos from our wedding, copies of the wedding bills, joint bank account statement, and copies of letters and wedding cards from family and friends....

Dont worry about sending too much as you will have to take all your evidence to your interview and you will have a few months to gather new evidence....

There are a few of us who have done AOS from VWP on here so if you have questions please feel free to ask....
