I'm still confused about that. Some user (who wasn't even following or commenting on the thread) accused me of hijacking the thread. Anyways I'm still hoping for an expedite. I'll keep y'all posted.

Extremely weird since méxico is giving expedites even if your case isn’t even closed so I really find it annoying how people just assume and split.

No it wasn’t but I saw a few rare with Pd dates really old and they just had their case expedited without being closed for CDJ

For anyone trying to expedite their case, here is my advise. Keep the expedite request short and simple. Less is more. Mine was only  2 sentences.

It took me a couple of months to receive mine. I was denied however the NVC still hadn't looked at my case yet. I thought I could preempt it or something lol. I submitted all my docs on July 29 and submitted the expedite request July 30th. I received my denial like the last week of September.

so i guss I have to wait for them to review and then either approve or declined by embassy Pakistan.  figures crossed I hope it approved.

I just got the appointment confirmation today 10/14. Here is my entire timeline.

I also asked embassy to expedite the appointment due to medical reasons. After your NVC expedite, you must also ask for a 2nd expedite at the embassy through their immigrant visa processing email. This is usually Consular(embassyname)@state.gov

Hey Guys, 

 

My expedite is under review but I received an appointment cancellation today. I dont understand because they still haven't sent me a final approval or denial on my expedite, let alone sending me an appointment confirmation. I don't know what to make out of it. Has any of you seen something like this happen?
