I posted this before. Expedite has nothing to do with actual problem of yours. It is purely luck and mood of person who is reviewing it. There is absolutely no connection to your actual issue.

Yes, use a MD letter we had two doctors write us letters. The stronger the letter the better your case is.

I recently submitted my documents at NVC - DS260, AOS and civil documents. I did not get a confirmation email saying all required documents are submitted and my case is in line at NVC for review. My ceac screen looks like below. Did you guys get a confirmation email after all your required documents were submitted? Can I consider my case to be in line for review? Am I missing something? How do you guys make sure that your case is in line for review at NVC? Thanks!

That’s really all you see until they notify you that you are DQ or if you receive a RFE. Till then you are good to go

I-751 Timeline

1/3 Filled I-751 and Sent on 1/10

1/17 Got USCIS IOE#.Case was received and a receipt notice was sent.

1/23 Check cashed

1/26 Case Tracker update :Biometrics appointment was scheduled.

2/2 Received Bio appointment in mail and rescheduled the bio appointment online

2/6 Received  NOA and extension letter in mail

2/7 Done Bio in person and status changed to "Actively reviewed"

NVC Expedite Request Sent/ACknowledged:11/7/21

Requested Assistance from State Senator: 11/7/21

Response from Senator's Office Received: 11/16/21, they emailed Manila Embassy  with the request and Embassy recommended to call or email the Expedite request to NVC, I guess it's wait and see at this time.

 

It's for my brother's F2b Application, PD: 3/9/12, DQ: 6/7/21, petitioner my mom. Mom's health declined significantly this year, we attached MD note to the expedite request.

May I ask what's the reason for expedite? We're planning to request an expedite based on my husband (the petitioner's) medical condition. Just want to assess our chances for approval.

twist to my NVC process is i have submitted all my documents correct and they still gave us RFE for my father in law

our is IR5 case Mumbai India

 

NVC is being a pain lately

please can someone take action on NVC and fix this backlog
