Beneficiary passport with petitioner name as middle name

Hey forum, hope everyone doing well here. Quick question for the forum.
When I filed I130, my wife has all the document (I.e. birth certificate<Obviously>, leaving certificate, PAN card and so forth) with middle name of her father. So when I filed I130, I put beneficiary’s full name as it appeared on the birth certificate. She did not had her passport when we get married in May 2021. She just applied for her new passport, with the middle name of mine(petitioner). How will the further procedure after I130 approval will impact by this? When I fill out DS260 and other IV package documents after I130 approval , should I continue to use her full name with her father name as middle name which is what when I filed for I130, OR should I start using her name name that will be under her new passport? Any suggestion will be helpful. Thanks Folks.

You should apply in the name on the passport because the visa will be issued in the passport name

YMMV

It was not possible to apply by that name for I130 because there were no document that has her full name with my middle name initially except marriage certificate. Now it is already applied. so what will happen next?

I didn't say the petition (i130), though you should have petitioned in the name per the marriage certificate.   I said you should apply (ds260 is the visa application) in the passport name because the consulate will issue in the name on the passport.

YMMV

Ok, That is what i was thinking too. I can apply DS 260 in name of her passport. However, will it create any issue while NVC review the documents, I.e. I 130 with name different then DS 260? Or should i write a letter to NVC while i submit the application DS 260 with explaining the situation?

There is a section on the ds260 for OTHER NAMES USED.

You put the petition name in that section

YMMV
