Yep,  and in Manila a PCR test costs P4000 or more and usually takes 24 hours.  An antigen test costs more like P1400 and takes 20 minutes and you are walking out with your certificate in hand.

Mexico Hotel I stayed in called Atelier Playa Mujures charged $15 USD if for antigen test that would be about half price of Philippines and 30 minutes results if you stayed less than 3 days.   PCR is far more expensive as well there, if you stay more than 3 nights then it's free.

 

I am going to Hotel Xcaret Playa Del Carma and the antigen test is free if you stay there.

 

At least Mexico is open for tourism and doing there best to attract people
