Issue with Payment

Hello guys, I apologize if this is the wrong forum, if it is please reassign thank you. We cannot contact the bank now until Monday 

 

We received a receipt notice stating 

On July 7, 2021, we placed your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXX on hold due to an issue with your payment. If we receive payment authorization, your case will continue to be processed. If your payment fails, your case will be rejected and you will receive a notice outlining future requirements.

 

What does this mean? Does it mean they are having issues with the bank or there is insufficient funds? We also got this for the I-485. I am wondering if someone has had this same issue
