Specifically for 2021:

Just wondering anyone who have gotten their case update regarding "ready to be scheduled for an interview" this year.  I know what this means is that the interview has yet to be scheduled and I have heard of timeline ranging from 1 week to weeks for this year. Anyone have to wait for months?

We waited over a year, and that was just before COVID.     Really depends on the processing times for your local field office, which can be found on USCIS.gov.

Look up the estimated processing times for your LFO for I485.

That will be the best prediction (at most) as it the timeline to interview varies by LFO so comparing your situation to anyone not at your LFO will be fruitless.
