Your parents and brothers haven't applied for anything yet so they are not the applicants.

You have petitioned for them, you are the petitioner not the applicant. Your name is probably shown as the petitioner.

So I am a usa citizen and applied for my parents and brothers, I received the i797 receipt confirming they received and also online access code.

the thing is it has my name as the applicant on all of them? Is this correct I thought applicant should be my fathers name or brothers etc?

please help

You are the applicant .. they are the beneficiary. The I130 is your application  to  sponsor an immediate relative (the beneficiary )

My name is shown under the applicant field on the receipt notice, there is no beneficiary field so how do I know which receipt is my fathers, brothers etc?

Are you saying your parents or brothers name are not listed anywhere in the i130 receipt notice? Did they change the template? Usually it would say "the i130 petition .........for the following beneficiaries..." and list the beneficiary name underneath.

Are you talking just email/text confirmations or actual receipt notices? Do you see anywhere what @HRQX has mentioned under preference classification?

For notice type does it say "Receipt" or does it say "USCIS Account Access Notice" instead?

No actual i797 NOA letter, under case type just says petition for alien relative then under applicant name it has my name.

Yeah, those are not receipt notices. Wait till you get the receipt notices. You may be able to see the receipt notices once you signup for uscis account using the access code.
