Form I-134 is most commonly used by K visa type applicants at the visa interview abroad: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-134instr.pdf "Form I-134 may be used in any case in which the foreign national is inadmissible on public charge grounds, but in which he or she is not required to have Form I-864 filed on his or her behalf."

You will submit Form I-864 filled out by the US citizen (and additional I-864 forms by joint sponsors, if applicable).

The civil surgeon medical can be done later if you want: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-b-chapter-4

Applicants may submit the Form I-693 medical examination report to USCIS:

  • Concurrently with the immigration benefit application; or

  • At any time after filing the immigration benefit application but before USCIS finalizes adjudication of that application. If not submitted simultaneously with the immigration benefit application, applicants may bring the medical examination report to an interview or wait until USCIS issues an RFE requesting the medical examination report.

@NikkiR123 The I-134 is a form typically used to sponsor someone to come to the US on Humanitarian parole or other visas. https://www.uscis.gov/i-134

The form you need is the I-864. The rest of the forms are accurate +/- the I-693, which you can submit now or bring it to the interview.
