I have been trying to get our I-693A completed for a week with no luck!! The doctors will not fill out the paper with out giving him a full physical. I know this is not needed but I guess they don't

I am asking for any VJer who lives in Sacramento Ca or near that has already gone thru this area of the journey to help me, if you know of a civil surgeon who knows what they are doing can you please help me out and give me the address or phone number please :help::help:

Look at the instructions for the I-485, I think it says you don't need another physical if you have already had one in the past year. These civil surgeons think they have a license to steal.

Hi there,

I would call around to CS's that are within reasonable driving distance- I had the same problem but I finally found one who knew what he was talking about.

If you still have problems, you can mail your vaccination records to a CS in Austin, TX who does it for $10. You can call and talk to them about the details. I know many people on VJ have had this CS do their I-693A. Here's the address and phone number:
