How long it takes for Embassy to review DS-260 Resubmission?

We recently resubmitted DS-260 as embassy told us to resubmit. How long ut takes to review and how we know if they had review or accepted DS-260?

When the status changes to "Issued" is the indication of acceptance and visa approval.

My husband applied for the IR1 visa. We submitted the DS260 (along with the 864) during the NVC stage and they reviewed it and it took just about a year for approval. Althgough it was covid times, so higher than usual waiting time.

THe embassy took a copy of it at the interview and didn't make any comments that needed resubmission so our visa was immediately approved.

Hi, pleas I go the same email, and its been a month now ,haven't hear anything from them again after resubmission. How long does it take them to respond back to you?
