Address Language/Format

I'm filling out the online I-130 and have a few questions about writing a Japanese address. First, is it fine to fill in my Japanese address in English? Japanese addresses have a slightly different format than American addresses. I've never had any problems getting mail or submitting other forms when my address is written in English and in the American format, so I assume this is fine. 

 

Second, our full address won't fit cleanly in the two address lines provided (on the I-130 or I-130A), particularly the apartment name. For now I've just written everything in line 1. Is there any reason that wouldn't be OK? 

I've written this way: 1-1-1 Japan RD, Japan Apartments 101

The lines suggest it should be this way: 1-1-1 Japan RD

Finally, on some of our bona fides marriage evidence (utility bills, residence cards, etc.), our address and names appear only in Japanese characters. Is it OK to simply highlight and translate these parts so that it's clear the names and address match the rest of the application?

On the I-130 online form, you must fill out your address in English, except for that one section where it specifically asks for the beneficiary's address in their native alphabet.

Maybe abbreviate "Apartment" to "APT" (or plural "APTS")?

Attach a translation for those sections.

On the bills there's a lot of completely irrelevant info (promo information,  bar code instructions, etc.) Is it fine to leave that untranslated?

Yes.  Or if possible, you may just crop out the sections that are not relevant.
