Timeline

I have been trying to get our I-693A completed for a week with no luck!! The doctors will not fill out the paper with out giving him a full physical. I know this is not needed but I guess they don't :angry:

I am asking for any VJer who lives in Sacramento Ca or near that has already gone thru this area of the journey to help me, if you know of a civil surgeon who knows what they are doing can you please help me out and give me the address or phone number please :help::help:

That is such #######, the medical at the embassy is good for a year. We paid $70 to get Claudeth's done and that included her tetanus shot. They did want to have her take an xray so I showed them the one she got from the medical and that was that. I am trying to find the reg for this on the USCIS site and will let you know if I am successful.

Call around. Their prices will vary widely and so will the services they say "must" be performed. Tell them what you need (transcribe info on DS-3025 onto certified I-693A). If they say you need a full physical, move on to the next guy on the list.

July 18, 2007 - Biometrics completed

July 20, 2007 - Case transferred from MSC to CSC

July 31, 2007 - AOS Approved - 57 days - Without an Interview!

Aug 06, 2007 - Received Green Card in the mail today!

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

I-751 - Remove Conditions

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !

I know there is a doctor in TX who does it for people all around the country. You'd have to mail the DS-3025 to him and he'd transfer the vaccines for a decent price.

Search in the AOS forum because you'll find the address...many people have this same problem. I had to "shop around" because the first doctor wanted to charge my husband for a fee...

and as jasman said - it's a bunch of #######.

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
