466 days, just approved 116500. What a relief. Now there’s a wait for the file to be sent to nvc then wait for them to process the file then lastly the wait for embassy interview. Is that right ?

Thank you for the update. We certainly appreciate it. Can you clarify the information that you put in parentheses.   I’m trying to keep count in the 7000 group. As of Sunday there were 11 cases untouched. And since then based on your update today there have been two cases that were reviewed. So is it now down to nine.

 

What do you mean by ‘in progress’ and ‘new’ is that in addition to the number you have after each group?

 

I’m trying to keep count separately so I don’t keep asking you thank you so much for your help

There are still 11 cases untouched. The two they have touched were "in progress" which means cases that have previously received some sort of update like a RFE.

So you can see the two updates:

Mon: 107000: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress)

Tuesday: 107000: 1 Denial (0 new / 1 in progress)

 

They were both in progress which means, those weren't untouched cases. They were one of the groups with an RFE. You can see only 68% of the cases are completed (Accepted, Denied, or Withdrawn). There are still 32 cases open (Untouched (would be labeled as new), AND RFESs, & RFERs (would be labeled as in progress))
