Try to relax and stay positive. You and I have the same NOA1 date, our time is coming soon. Worrying about an expedite 14 months into the process is not worth your time at this point especially since most expedites are rejected in the first place, even when people think they have enough documentation. When we got our NOA1, VJ gave us a predicted NOA2 date of March of this year, which was 6 months ago. As we got closer to March that predicted date kept moving further away so I learned to expect delay after delay. When our NOA2 finally comes through, I will be grateful to have the longest part of the process behind us.

I’ve been a long time lurker on this forum haha I finally got some news about our case today but was hit with an RFE 🥲

Does anyone know how long those have been taking to process? My fiancé read somewhere it can take up to 6 months and I almost died. Any info would be great (even if it doesn’t look good)

 

Our NOA1 was July 28th

From the comments I've seeing here over the months, it takes about 2 months or so.

 

Hopefully is goes faster for you.

We got the same NOA1 date as you and we got approved on 09/28. So it'll be any moment now for you! I understand your frustration though, I thought it was never gonna happen...
