Exactly, when you get close, any small change will bring impact.

To try to cheer you up - in September Uscis will finish processing work visas, I'm not familiar too much, but as it's said in one FB group it's absolute priority for them because they just to have to finish them before the deadline or they can get sued. When it's done, they will have far more resources to deal with other categories. With everything I saw in this last 13 months concerning K1 visas, I do believe that us, the july 2021 filers will have it worst.

Once they finish the work visas due before September won't there just be more? I don't see how they can catch up at this rate. Hoping for the best but preparing for the worst case scenario :(

If not already, I suggest that everybody check what efforts are made by people gathered in FB group - "I129f processing victims"

What is there. ? Doe’s it actually goes further then Facebook? Or just Facebook page? This stuff needs to go higher up by people not just locally if we want something to be done.

Hoping is not enough. We all been hoping for over a year. Doing something is what we need to do. “Squeaky wheel gets the grease”

It is some number of petitioners who are reaching towards all Congress and Senate members (on an organized way) and all media that are willing to make a story based on K1 hardships.

Hey My Fellow July-ers!

Summary of this week:

The USCIS, across March, April, May, & June, Updated a total of 590 Cases.

342 of those cases were from June, and of those, 274 of the June were NEW cases (not ones already in progress). There are approximately 1400 Untouched June cases as of today. At this rate, we should start seeing significant movement in 3 weeks or so!

Ok, on to the July report from this week:

08/08/22
109000 - Request from Additional Evidence Was Sent
116000 - Case Was Approved

08/10/22
110000 - Request from Additional Evidence Was Sent

08/12/22
107000 - Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent
116000 - Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent

To the lucky couple in the 116 range, congrats!

Thank you so much and that’s a good news… also 116 is it a July filier ?

FYI: I've been looking at profiles of people who have recently gotten their NOA2's and most seem to be getting theirs around the 410-420 day mark, so most of us will be looking at approvals sometime in September (late August if we are lucky)

The arbitrariness of this is maddening
