Congrats to you as well! Yes by “In Transit” I mean that I (the petitioner) received the same letter and our case is in transit.

some embassies are different. Some will send you an email and let you know they have received it and tell you to schedule your interview online, and some won’t send you anything and you just pay your fees and schedule your interview on your own. I’m not 100% which way Poland does it. 
 

However I’ve attached a pic of the online registration of what it looks like, and the current open dates for the Warsaw Embassy. (This is from yesterday on the russian telegram chat, I don’t have access to this page yet.)

I checked the status and it currently says "Ready", although we never received any notice since the K1-FTP. Are we to expect further instructions regarding what to bring to the interview or other preparation/process details (income, med exam, DS-160, etc.), or are we on our own to research this?

 

Also, once I attempt to log in to CAEC, I get the below message with no additional info or options to pay.

CEAC Shows three things at this stage in the process:

1) in transit - shipment is in the air or soon will be,

2) received - physical case file is at the Embassy, and

3) ready - your case is prepared to schedule and complete your
interview.

 

You should be good to go to fill out your DS-160 on CEAC, pay the fees, and schedule your interview.

I'm not sure if your case got sent to Poland like all the Russians, or you were able to have it get sent to Armenia, but check with the regional forums on what the next step is for scheduling. I'm not 100% sure what to do at this point I have seen conflicting evidence.

Every embassy is different, ours was Manilla for reference. The way we got it done so quickly is we immediately filed ds160 as soon as we had "In Transit", then when we got "Ready" we paid and started looking for dates and scheduled medical (which only required the ds160 receipt page). At the Manilla embassy they only release new dates on certain days and it's first come first serve so it doesn't matter what order your received your ready status, but they do lock out for 24 hours if you check more than three times a day (not sure if this is specific to ours). So she paid and checked 3 times a day and found a date quickly (someone else canceled an interview appointment) about 3 days after we received "Ready" status which was for two weeks away. She had not completed medical yet so she completed it while waiting for interview. Good luck!

I emailed the embassy today to confirm, went on and completed the DS-160, paid the fees, scheduled the interview for March 2nd and medical exam for the January 11th. Hopefully that's that for the time being!

Thanks for the info. It's really helpful to read what others are experiencing. There's so much contradicting info all over the internet; including government sites. Best of luck to you, it sounds like we are all nearing the light at the end of the tunnel so we can continue our journeys!

These are good first steps if you are wanting to do it fast! You can still pick dates after you pick your first one I would check daily for an open slot to improve your March date (you are not stuck to that date). A lot of the contradicting information is because different embassies handle things differently.  Oh and when you have your medical we got ours in hand to take to the embassy with a CD and file but another filer from this group said they could not have it and the hospital would send it directly to the embassy in Sweden so don't be alarmed if that is different.

Im the admin of the July/August K1 FB group and I know a lot still rely on your updates. I would just like to inquire about the “untouched” number it seems a little off since its been sitting at 82-80 the past few weeks.

The new/in progress numbers on my scans are sometimes a little off. The I'm not sure how the original programmer wrote that part of the code as it doesn't make much sense sometimes and is not 100% accurate.

However untouched number is accurate, I could list each and every one of those untouched case numbers for you. The USCIS everyday is mostly touching previously touched cases.

Wow, I would really appreciate the list of those untouched cases if you have the time. I did notice the untouched cases # stayed the same so I hope USCIS gets to those sometime soon and doesnt forget them 😔 My thoughts are with everyone still waiting.

Hello friends! I just wanted to share the news that my fiancee had her interview yesterday and passed! I have been a usual lurker ever since we applied in July of 2021 here, but I finally want to post here to say thanks for everyone for keeping me sane during this long journey.
