Hang in there! We are over the worst part - hoping any day to get notification! These last few weeks and upcoming ones have been/will be the hardest! It feels like any minute we will hear something - and it makes it hard not to check where as before they weren’t even looking at July filers so not as much stress!

Even including withdrawals, that's 1,692 closed cases versus 3,500 or so new ones... +1 month delay.

@Emlinmy fiancé and I got an RFE. We found out Sept 1, 2022 and received the actual letter Sept 12. They responded to our evidence and approved our case Sept 30. I’ve seen other people with similar RFE timelines so hopefully yours is fast!

It's so frustrating to see that now they're working on August and they haven't touched my case. I put so much work into making it easy for them to approve it and they won't even pick it up to look at it. Every day I think it is going to be my day and spend half the day refreshing my case status. I feel like I've been skipped. and there's nothing I can do about it. Writing my representative was my only recourse and that did absolutely nothing.

I  feel the same way. I am feeling so frustrated. I am July 20. To see people ahead of me being approved hurts a lot although I am honestly happy for them.

remember that we all have overlapping scans, so it's a bit less than that. for example 20 of the august approvals are actually July and are reflected here.

 

but still a great day! 

 

Monday's are always like this, I honest think are working full-on, on Saturdays, but for some technical reason, they only update RFESs and all the approvals all get carried over to Monday.
