DCF Frankfurt IV Package question - how do we proceed?

Dear all,

 

the I.130 for my children via DCF was approved in Frankfurt. My husband is the petitioner. I am unclear about the next steps and had assumed we would receive another email clarifying the information.

 

Am I right thinking we need to fill out the DS-260 AND mail the original documents to Frankfurt prior to making an appointment as well as upload them on CEAC? We have two kids and would we need every document (such as marriage certificate and divorce decree) as an original twice?

 

I can't find a good list of what we need but I am assuming the following:

1. Divorce decree previous marriage - husband and ex-wife as well as mine and my ex-husband

2. Marriage certificate previous marriage husband and his ex-wife

3. Marriage certificate my husband and I

4. Birth certificates husband and stepchildren.

5. His orders?

6. Biographic page of passports - all three.

 

Am I missing anything?

 

I would really appreciate if someone could shed some light into this.

When I received permission to mail my spouse I 130 DCF to Frankfurt , they sent me a checklist with everything to mail in for packet 1.  It said to mail in photocopies of all the certificates (marriage/ birth/ divorce/ etc.) So I don't think you will need 2 copies of everything. You will also need passport style photographs.  You will need more of these later on, I count 6 for the beneficiary  (you will need 4 for the medical exam) and 2 for the petitioner.
