Where is she now?

Hi,

Long story short.  I had a fall out with my fiancée and she already received her K1 visa.  How do I cancel this K1 visa?

Thanks.

Just don't get married within the timeframe and her visa will expire. If she is here in the US then she will have to return back to her country, if she is still in her native country then she can just stay there and that's it. Case closed once the visa expires as far as I can tell but others might be able to help you better!

This is correct.

Be 100% sure that cancelling the marriage is what you really want. Once the visa expiration date passes or she goes back to her home country before marriage in the US, there is no reinstating the visa. Otherwise, you'll have to start from scratch.

Since she has the visa you can call/email the consulate to let them know. THey may ask her to bring her passport back so they can void it. Members have also had luck calling the POE/CBP to let them know and they can stop entry. I've only seen a few reports of this but it's an option.

As others have mentioned make sure you are sure as there is no turning back if you change your mind.
