Hello,

I applied for my brothers immigration visa back in 2018. It has been three years now. After about a month of a visa application, I have received a first letter that informed me about them receiving my application. The letter contained a case number where I could go online and check the visa status. I have lived ever since and lost that letter.

I have called the 1 800 number on uscis website to inquire a new letter, however, I didn’t even get a chance to talk to a rep since the automated directory kept hanging up on me. It was pretty frustrating. Now I opened a new uscis account with a new email and tried to recover the car number without any success.
does anybody know what should be mt next step? I feel uneasy to tell my brother that I lost his noa 1 ☹️ I live 15 minutes away from uscis office a small branch. Should I just drive up there? I work long hours so I dint have to figure out a time.
please, help. I will appreciate it 🙏
