Hi guys!

I just woke up to a text message from the USCIS saying action was taken. I got my interview scheduled for 11/24! Does anyone know if you can bring your spouse with you to the interview?

Thanks!

On my interview, they didn’t allow. My husband just waited outside. But maybe it’s different for other field offices

Alright! Good to know. Did you have the oath ceremony done right after?

Yes. Got lucky. My interview was in the morning, oath taking in the afternoon. I also asked if my husband can attend the oath taking at least. But they also said no, due to covid restrictions. Field office is San Antonio, TX

If it’s a combo interview, you will need to come with your spouse

It's not a combo. I already have my 10y GC. Thanks for letting me know though :)

In your case, what time was the oath ceremony? It's going to be Thanksgiving Eve. I really hope they don't schedule the ceremony late afternoon. We'll still need to drive back home (6h drive).

Biometrics happened on Oct. 8th. Reached in advance and allowed in. Empty hall. I was the first one to enter. In and out in record 5 minutes. Very nice & professional staff. Got pocket study guide and good luck for the exam. Interview scheduled for Nov. 16. Gotta start studying now :)

It’s funny how USCIS process these N400s, I applied online May 14th 2021 under 5yrs residency and completed my biometric on 09/09/2021 and since then it says my case is being actively reviewed. Field office is Denver, Colorado and my case is being processed at NBC Kansas.
