So you submitted your petition in just one day wow and while you submitted your petition you did not ask her any documents. It take people months to plan all this.

I'm sure you included letters of intent to marry from both of you. When you asked her to sign that letter, surely she knew what the plan was...

 

Also, you guys need to learn to communicate. Filing a petition and having kids are kinda big things that normal couples talk about.

My summary. OP is not telling us the truth. Additionally, I suspect, from language, that it is the immigrant who is posting in an attempt to find answers to their lies.

So you knew about it before she was here and before interview happened 🤦🏼‍♂️..idk man, how does one file a petition without fiancé not knowing about it? Wonder how workers at immigration will feel about this. “Woman whom i want to marry didn’t tell me she had 3 kids, i sent i129f petition to surprise her, later i find out she has 3 kids but we still continue to pursue this lie because she was scared she will be denied visa”.  I mean don’t you need information about her parents when filling the petition? Intent of marry signed by both? Passport photos? Get the lawyer and tell him the truth, since it’s obvious you are not honest here.

More like "miscommunication all the way around". I'm sorry but who in their right mind would attempt to "surprise" someone like this by filing a very serious and intense immigration petition without having the other person's full consent and knowledge of the plan? Sounds extremely fishy and as others have pointed out, your story has changed multiple times in this single thread. As others have said, get a lawyer. This is beyond VJ's paygrade, imo.
