Do I need to take a 2nd MMR shot if I’ve done it at St. Lukes for the visa (2019)?

Hi! So I enrolled at an institution and they require Completed vaccination records so I showed them that form I got from St. Luke’s. The person said I might need a 2nd shot. I thought I’ve already completed it but maybe I only did the first one. I just want to ask if anyone else has gotten their 2nd shot?

You may need for other reasons but not for immigration.

YMMV
