Please Lead me to right direction

Hi everyone!!

i am so lost right now, I don’t know where to start. I’m a green card holder i apply for US citizenship the processing time seems forever it’s been more than a year and last time i check said it is 3 more months to waiting period. Now my daughter is 15 and i was trying to petition her . I don’t know if I should start the process now as a green card holder or should i wait to be citizens. I wanted the fastest way to get her here. 
I don’t know where route i will proceed..

You should start it immediately. There was no need to wait at all. You can always upgrade the petition when you become a citizen so it never makes sense to wait.

Read the i130 instructions , they explain what you need and also the visa journey guides at the top of the page might help you

Start now and stay on the queue. Once you get your citizenship, upgrade her petition to immediate relative.
